Terms of Service

Bookings

A booking request submitted through our website is a request for service, not a confirmed booking. Bookings are confirmed personally once details are reviewed.

Pricing

Quoted prices are fixed and all-inclusive — fuel, tolls, parking, meet & greet, and luggage assistance are included. The price shown at the time of booking is the price you pay, regardless of traffic or route taken, unless the pickup, drop-off, or trip details change.

Payment

Full payment is required in advance to secure a booking, via a secure payment link processed by Stripe. No booking is held without payment.

Cancellations and Changes

To change or cancel a booking, contact us as early as possible via WhatsApp or email. Refund eligibility depends on how close to the pickup time the cancellation is made.

Flight Delays

Flights are monitored in real time. The first 60 minutes of waiting after a delayed landing are free of charge; waiting time beyond that may incur an additional fee.

Liability

Vezzora is not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside its control, including but not limited to weather, road closures, or airport operations.
